Kylie Jenner makes another subtle dig at sister Kim Kardashian over app success

However, thanks to the 18 year old's recent surge in success, it would appear she's overtaking her big sister in the most famous stakes.

And in an interview at Time's Most Influential Teens event, Tyga's girlfriend made a subtle dig at Kanye West's wife as to why she's more successful. Especially in the app world.

Kendall Jenner's sister said: "Kim’s older, she has a different fanbase. Also, the difference between our apps is hers is very perfect. It’s simple, everything is black and white.

"Mine is more, I invite the cameras over and say, 'Oh, hey, let’s just do this’. We do makeup tutorials and I’m laughing and talking."

Kylie goes on to explain that "personality" and "openness" are why people prefer her app, to Kim's.

"I know my fans are my age or younger than me, so I just like to show my personality and show my fans my home and my dogs," the reality star added.

"I get really personal. I’m on Snapchat, and I’m just like them at the end of the day. Kim’s more private. She has kids. It’s just different."

But it's not all competitive as Kylie also explained that Kim is her business inspiration.

She finished: "She’s so dedicated, she’s so smart, she’s such a businesswoman, and she’s always doing something and thinking of new ideas. She has inspired me to have a great work ethic."
