JUST IN: Panic as soldiers, police officers in serious gun battle

Sahara Reporters is reporting that soldiers and policemen are in a serious battle in Borno state over the distribution of relief materials to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).

Although there were no details of the clash as at the time of filing this report, the online news medium tweeted that the incident is ongoing at the troubled region in Nigeria’s northeast.
