A man has been crushed to death and his body dismembered by a speeding vehicle after he tried crossing the road.
Eyewitnesses said the man would have been alive if he had used the pedestrian bridge instead of crossing the highway on foot, NationalHelm reports.
The fatal accident happened last night in Awka at UNIZIK junction in Anambra state. The body parts of the unfortunate victim was scattered all over the road.
