The Supreme Court had on Monday reserved judgment in the case brought before it by Makarfi’s faction, challenging the ruling of an Appeal Court, which declared Sheriff as the authentic National Chairman of the party.
Recall that Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has also threatened to leave the party if Sheriff wins.
