President Muhammadu Buhari arriving Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja today

President Muhammadu Buhari has finally arrived Nigeria after receiving medical treatment in London for over 100 days.

President Muhammadu Buhari has finally arrived Abuja from London after over 100 days on medical treatment in the United Kingdom. He arrived the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja at about 4.35pm. The President is expected to speak to Nigerians soon.

Buhari was received by top government officials led by the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo. The President inspected a guard of honour mounted by men of the Nigeria Police Force.

"The President's plane has landed at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja. 4.36pm." the Presidency tweeted today.
