Mr Okoroma who was the Director of Legal and Prosecution Department of the EFCC, has been an outspoken core Management Director of the EFCC.
DENISAURUS News gathered from insiders that the legal luminary had often spoken against the bullying and victimisation of EFCC staff members by their boss, Ibrahim Mustafa Magu.

According to information at our disposal, Mr Okoroma on different occasions, advised against subjecting staff members to any form of humiliation, as such would demoralise the Operatives, leading to a failure of the anti-corruption fight of President Muhammadu Buhari administration.
DENISAURUS Newscan reveal that the new Acting Secretary of the anti-graft agency, who took over from Mr Emmanuel Aremo Adegboyega, had severally cautioned against impunity at the anti-graft agency.
Mr Okoroma, it was learned, once advised against subjecting some suspended Operatives to any form of condition for reinstatement, owing to the fact that the allegations against them cannot be substantiated in any sane clime.
It is why his appointment is being highly celebrated.
DENISAURUS News had in the past reported on how Mr Magu suspended some operatives over allegations that they exposed most of his corruption and impunity at the anti-graft agency.
Sequel to some of the exposé on EFCC’s Magu, the Department of State Services, DSS under DG – Lawal Musa Daura had written an indicting report, which prevented NASS Senate’s confirmation of the anti-graft boss.

The Secret Police had in its two separate reports to lawmakers December 2016 and March 2017, stated that Mr Magu is a “perennial offender” and a “liability on anti-graft war” of President Buhari’s administration.
However, EFCC’s Magu has remained in office, owing to his unholy alliance with Pastor Professor Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
The EFCC Spokesman Wilson Uwujaren was contacted for confirmation of the new appointment, but as usual, DENISAURUS News which seen in bad light instead of embracing our patriotic duty of exposing impunity, injustice and corruption among government appointees, received no response.
