After a critical review of political and other forms of development in Agalaba, Obingwa, Ukwa Ngwa and Abia State vis-à-vis the performance of our brother-governor, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu Ph.D, especially in the areas of infrastructural development, human capital development, women & youth development and overall good governance, we, the members of the above named Political Movement, painstakingly and dispassionately have arrived at the conclusions:
1. That a vote for Dr. Ikpeazu and PDP is deemed a wasted vote considering obvious unpopularity in Abia North, Umuahia Axis of Abia Central, Isiala-Ngwa North & South, Ukwa East & West and Osisioma. Votes from Obingwa and Ugwunabo, which presently appears the stronghold of Dr. Ikpeazu cannot guarantee his reelection.

2. That our brother-governor has within his first term proved his lack of capacity, political will and competence in leadership and governance. A classical case of his leadership failure is inability to execute a meaningful project in Agalaba and Obingwa for about four years of his reign as a governor of Abia State.
3. That our brother-governor has equally registered his failure in the critical areas of human capital development as he fails woefully to raise his poor brothers and sisters who had expected changes in their lives upon his election as governor in 2015.
Rather than reciprocate the good efforts, commitments and generosity of his brothers towards his unexpected political elevation, Dr. Ikpeazu consciously or unconsciously raised a 7-man ‘criminal cabal’ that suddenly turned to billionaires at the expense of many others.
4. That the first term of our brother-governor has largely given credence to the earlier claim by many Abians that he never prepared himself for the enormous job, but was merely handpicked by Chief T. A Orji and his son, Ikuku, as a stooge to do their biddings against the collective interest of Ndi Abia.
5. That our resolve to support and vote Dr. Otti of APGA in 2019 is determined by the fact that the former Bank Chief has Character, Competence and Vision that will no doubt drive his actions towards rebuilding Abia.
6. That given the antecedents, actions and activities of our brother-governor before and with is his first in office, it has no doubt become a public knowledge that Dr. Ikpeazu’s quest and desperation for a second term in office is self-serving and will NEVER serve the interest of Ndi Obingwa, Ukwa Ngwa and Abia at large. We are therefore determined to do the needful by voting him out without any sentiment.
7. That we have implicit confidence that Dr. Alex Otti, upon his election as next Governor of Abia State come 2019, will clean our tears as Ndi Obingwa by doing all that our brother-governor failed to do in his domain and within the period he served as Governor of Abia State.
