Justice Bala Sanchi of FCT High Court, Jabi, Abuja, granted the ex- parte application made by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
The application was argued by the lawyer to the EFCC, Aliyu Yusuf.
The ex-parte application was supported by 13-paragraph affidavit in support deposed to by a senior operative of the EFCC, Ahmed Ibrahim.
