The President of the Court of Appeal, Hon. Justice M.B Dongban-Mensem has issued a notice on the posting of Justices of the Court to various divisions.
This is contained in a notice dated 2nd day of October, 2020 and signed by the PCA on 27th November 2020 which was made available to TheNigeriaLawyer.
In addition, the notice added that the posting takes effect from October 2020.
