Buhari finally appoints self Min. of Petroleum, Kachikwu is Min. of State

President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday confirmed himself as the substantive Minister for Petroleum Resources, ThisDay reports.

He will be assisted by the Group Managing Director of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu‎ who is now Minister of State for Petroleum Resources.
