BREAKING: Rivers state commissioner of police is dead

The Punch is reporting that Rivers State Police Commissioner Francis Bolaji Odesanya is dead.

Mr Odesanya was said to have died on Tuesday, January 31 morning at an unnamed hospital outside Nigeria after a brief illness.
