Tiwa Savage stole “Lova Lova” from me – Seyi Shay reveals after clash (Video)

Nigerian songstress, Seyi Shay has accused colleague singer and former friend, Tiwa Savage of stealing her song in the past.

Her accusation comes after the two clashed at a salon after the Seyi Shay approached Tiwa Savage to greet her and a video that served rounds on social media captured the unpleasant scene being played out by the two celebrities where Tiwa Savage was upset by the fact that Seyi Shay tried to exchange pleasantries with Tiwa Savage by saying ‘hi’ to her pretending that everything is okay between them when it is not and the mother of one did pour her wrath on Seyi Shay.

However, Seyi Shay who told her side of the story claimed Tiwa Savage stole her song, ‘Mr. Lova Lova’ and she co-wrote the song together with Ceeza Milli and she made Tiwa understand that she wrote and all she wanted was for the mother of one to acknowledge her in the meta data that she (Seyi Shay) wrote it.

In her words ;

This is the same person that went to go and sing my song. One of her biggest songs, “Mr Lova Lova”. I co-wrote that song with Ceeza Milli. I wanted to run mad. I called her immediately. I said, “Tiwa, that Mr Lova Lova song, I just saw it. Congratulations, but I need to let you know I co-wrote that song.

I need you to give me my metadata. At least, give me my credit.” She said No ooo, that she doesn’t believe I co-wrote that song. That what should she do, the song is out already. I recorded the whole conversation.

This is the same girl that went to attack a popular male artist that we all know for featuring on one of my songs and featuring on her song too.

This is the same girl that went to approach a very big brand that we all know and threatened to take them to court unless they take me off their ambassadorship.
